We recognise the sensitivity our clients may have over giving us their personal information. However, we know that many clients like to be kept in touch about our various holidays and especially our special offers. We have, therefore, laid down this Privacy Policy which is enforced by our Data Controller to ensure that all relationships with our clients are positive and mutually beneficial.
Amro Holidays Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 with reference number PZ6796198. We subscribe to the Eight Principles of Data Protection enshrined in the Data Protection Act.
In order to process your holiday booking we need to collect data about you on our holiday booking form. In addition, we collect data about those who have expressed an interest in our holidays or have joined our e-mail list.
This data is collected and managed by the Data Collector at Amro Holidays Ltd using software provided by Roving Software
and Intuitive Systems Ltd. All data is kept on secure computer equipment which is only accessible to those who have signed that they will comply with this policy.
These are the only database lists of the general public that we maintain and we use them solely for our own needs. It is our policy not to make them available to any third party.
From time to time we may use our database lists to contact and inform you about our holidays and any special offers etc.
Each communication will have an opportunity for you to unsubscribe and we guarantee that this will be actioned without delay.
