I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to you and everyone at Amro for a great holiday at BeachBoys, Maspalomas, GranCanaria recently.
The whole process from my initial website interest, booking, payment, documentation, etc. was handled very professionally and efficiently and it was a pleasure to deal with such a great company who clearly employ first class staff.
BeachBoys Resort itself exceeded my expectations in all respects. Manel (the manager) and Nicky (bar & breakfasts) are really great guys - friendly, helpful, informative and obviously experienced in providing the level of customer service that is, too often, lacking elsewhere.
Gran Canaria
First time I have booked with Amro and I have been very impressed with both Kevin & Stacey they were quick and effecient with dealing with our non standard booking.
Once on Holiday all flights / transfers were on time with no hassel at all.

Arosa Ski Holiday
Just wanted to say we had a great holiday thanks for all the arranging you did. I would also like to let you know that Jason the guy from snowmotions was outstanding, He was so helpful and took us all over to get skis, arrange lessons and give us top tips on Arosa. We can certainly recommend his services to any other clients you might have going on a ski holiday. Arosa was also a great town to learn to ski in and people were friendly, and service was great.We will most definitely be going back there next year.
First time using Amro
First time using Amro and very impressed. I got a discount price for the holiday and Kevin phoned me personally to discuss the special request I had put on the booking form. He then followed that through with the site owner and even phoned while we were there to make sure we were happy. The extra mile is something that not a lot of firms go for these days so it was much appreciated. Will definitely book through Amro again and also have no hesitation recommending to others. Would also recommend the accomodation which was Beach Boys in Gran Canaria - couldn't have been better. Service, accomodation and price amongst the best in 20 years visiting the resort.
Gran Canaria Apartment
I had used other firms (Throb, Respect etc), but they are no longer trading. Amro also had the lowest price for the apartment compared to "mainstream" companies.

Collettes Bed and Breakfast
Colette is a charming lady, we became very close friends, she is a love, and, her home, the nicest you can imagine. About Cape Town, it is just a must! We had an unforgettable time there and, regarding the trip, everything turned out just perfectly well.
Thanks for all, Charnelle, we’ll be sending you photos, as promised, as soon as possible and we don’t have any doubt about who is going to arrange our next holidays, Amro, for certain!

Basically, just would like to thank all at Amro for organizing this once in a life-time trip, I needed a major break and to see and do something different, and thats what the people at amro did for me,together with all the various people who looked after me while away,thanks again.
First Class Service
We had initially booked a holiday through Sensations to Gran Canaria for Nov 2008, but due to problems in the travel industry they folded.
We spoke to Kevin when I called to see if anything could be done to resurrect the holiday and I can say that the service and advice from Kevin was first class. Subsequently we booked a holiday for February 2009 at the Birdcage and Kevin handled every detail with care and kept us informed via email as to progress. We must say that we had a great time and it was also great to meet up with Kevin whilst we were out there. Hence I have just got off the phone to him re a booking for Sept '09 at Beach Boys. Again the service cannot be faulted and Kevin has gone out of his way to respond to questions we have asked of him. We would highly recommend Amro for all holiday requirements for the reasons previously stated.
