Hotel Cervantes was one of the first hotels built in 1973 and so enjoys an enviable position in the central area of Torremolinos less than five minutes walk from the gay bars of La Nogalera. All the clubs and saunas are within walking distance as are several gay-owned restaurants. The gay beach is just 900 m away. The hotel is also only 300 m from the local train station with Malaga Airport station 12 minutes away.
The hotel was totally refurbished in 2006 to give 397 rooms. Our standard rooms over look the town, but sea-view rooms enjoy stunning sea views from their terraces as does the roof top indoor pool and terraces.
Rating and advising on hotels around the world is a tricky business as standards and facilities vary so widely not to mention issues such as décor style, service levels and location with particular relevance to gay amenities.
