A converted former merchant’s house and now a boutique hotel.
Casa Romana was opened in 2004 and has 26 boutique rooms located around a traditional Spanish patio. The house is beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and traditional Spanish furnishings. The patio features a cooling fountain and wicker furniture to offer a relaxing space from which to enjoy your stay in Seville.
Located in a quiet street, Casa Romana is minutes from gay bars, restaurants and the open spaces of the Alameda. El Corte Ingles department store is five minutes walk away and this is on the edge of the fashion district with the Cathedral and Plaza Neuva some ten minutes away.
The roof of the hotel enjoys a magnificent solarium with hot-tub – ideal for an early evening glass of Rioja whilst planning your evening’s activities.
Rating and advising on hotels around the world is a tricky business as standards and facilities vary so widely not to mention issues such as décor style, service levels and location with particular relevance to gay amenities.
We don’t pretend that we have got this right but our Pink Triangles are our attempt to give a personal assessment to enable comparisons to be made between the various properties in an area which we feature. Couple this with price and our hotel descriptions and you should be able to make a reasonable assessment.
