Patio offers a very different accommodation experience in Seville with 34 apartments in a building converted for the 1992 Expo. Instead of just a hotel room, you’ll find a full one bedroom apartment comprising bedroom with two adjoining beds, a sitting room with sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. A simple continental breakfast is included and you are welcome to shop locally for Andalucian delicacies to prepare in your own kitchen.
Patio is well located too – a five minute stroll takes you to the banks of the river and the bridges across to the site of the Expo now a theme park and the Alameda is a stones throw away with its mix of gay bars and terraces and open spaces. The fashion district is ten minutes walk away and the Cathedral a little further.
Rating and advising on hotels around the world is a tricky business as standards and facilities vary so widely not to mention issues such as décor style, service levels and location with particular relevance to gay amenities.
We don’t pretend that we have got this right but our Pink Triangles are our attempt to give a personal assessment to enable comparisons to be made between the various properties in an area which we feature. Couple this with price and our hotel descriptions and you should be able to make a reasonable assessment.
