This modern 22 story hotel has 487 guest rooms with three floors of larger mini-suite rooms enjoying private access to an executive lounge. It is located in the MongKok area of Kowloon around ten minutes walk from the MTR subway station with buses to Timshatsui for the Star Ferry to Central passing the hotels’ door. The hotel also operates a regular shuttle service to MongKok and Tinshatsui as well as to the International Airport on Landau Island.

It is a hotel popular with holiday makers and business people alike. Extensive, themed buffet lunches and dinners -are served at Palm Court, while Szechuan cuisine is the specialty of the House of Tang’s restaurant. There is also a small bar appropriately named Sip-Sip’s with a menu of cocktails and light snacks offered with evening happy hour.

On the roof of the hotel is the fitness centre with two treadmills, a free-weights area, and one stationary bike. It adjoins the outdoor rooftop pool which is open from early morning till 10 PM, from April to December. It is 20 meters long and surrounded by deck chairs and some tables. Drinks and light foods from the room service menu can be ordered poolside.
