The building was completely renovated in 2005 and consists of 4 floors with a total of 92 apartments. There is a beautiful garden and one of the largest pools in Playa del Ingles. A small supermarket and air-conditioned bar with a cosy outdoor terrace over look the pool. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's laundry service.
This apartment complex is located two minutes walk from the the Yumbo centre for shopping, gay bars, clubs and entertainment venues. There is a bus stop for the public transport service 400 m from the hotel and the fine-sand beach and dunes lies approximately 1.2 km away.
