The Windmill is over 100 years old and has been converted into one of the most idyllic and romantic to hide away and relax from the outside world.
This unique property is located 1km from the centre of Skala Eressos with it's beach, shops & restuarants. Set in it's own private gated grounds, the Windmill offers wonderful views of the surrounding fields and mountainous countryside. A property is only a 20 minute stroll from the village of Skala Eressos, however there is space for parking should you wish to hire a car during your visit.
The ground floor entrance leads into a cozy lounge room with a sofa and chairs. Here you will also find the kitchen facilities such as a small cooker and refrigerator and the private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
A wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor bedroom where you'll find a double bed with cabinets and a wardrobe. From here, French windows open onto a small ivy covered balcony.
The private grounds around the windmill are covered with a carpet of poppies and sunflowers and there is a stone terrace with a barbeque and a bamboo covering offering a nice shaded retreat where you can laze away the day.
