Europe, Madrid
A hostal offering superb value for a city centre location.
This hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid, just to the north of the Gran Via and within five minutes walk of Chueca. The main shopping area, architectural landmarks and the city’s best museums are all within walking distance.
This nineteenth century building, last renovated in 2002, has nice views of the park where you can try typical Tapas dishes, have a drink, or enjoy a nice stroll.
The 48 guest rooms are on three storeys and are all clean, nicely decorated and have modern conveniences. These air-conditioned rooms feature white décor and dark wood furnishings, and all include satellite television – not that you’ll get much chance to watch it in this city!
Guests can start of their day with a delicious breakfast served in the spacious dining room, and after a tiring day, unwind with a fine drink in the hotel’s cocktail bar.

We don’t pretend that we have got this right but our Pink Triangles are our attempt to give a personal assessment to enable comparisons to be made between the various properties in an area which we feature. Couple this with price and our hotel descriptions and you should be able to make a reasonable assessment.
