The Tryp Gran Vía Hotel is located on the main street in Madrid – the Gran Via, and is near to the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. Close to the best shopping areas, famous museums, bars and restaurants, and gay Chueca, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Built in 1925, and last renovated in 2000, this imposing building has a total of 175 guest rooms spread over eight floors. Rooms are well decorated and have all modern amenities, including double beds, private bathrooms, air-conditioning and satellite television.
At the end of the day, guests can dine at the in-house restaurant that serves a wide variety of delicious cuisine, and the Ernest Hemingway Bar provides the perfect excuse to sample some of their famous cocktails, before venturing out to sample Madrid's extensive gay nightlife.
