A High Tech hotel in a just perfect location
Part of the High Tech chain of boutique hotels, Malaga’s Petit Palace is a fusion of old and new which is proving very popular with our clients. The hotel is housed in a magnificent building dating back to the end of the 19th Century, inaugurated in 1881, whose facade features wood-framed glazed gazebo windows which contrast with the avant-garde design of its rooms. Converted to a hotel in 2008, the building has been transformed into a boutique hotel with flat screen TV’s, internet access, amazing power showers and trendy décor.
Located in the heart of Malaga City, down a short passageway off the main fashion shopping street of Calle Larios, Petit Place is within five minutes walk of the city’s main cultural sites. The gay area in the Centro Historico with its mix of bars, restaurants and clubs is less than ten minutes walk away. Malaga’s famed sandy Malagutea Beach is just 900 m away. The train station for the Airport is just 10 minutes walk away.
All of the 66 rooms located over five floors are equipped with free high-speed WiFi Internet access, a private bathroom with a cutting-edge hydro-massage shower and a direct dial telephone. They also come with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a king-size or double bed and centrally regulated air conditioning and heating as well as a safe and either a balcony or a terrace. iPod players in the rooms are available on request.

Rating and advising on hotels around the world is a tricky business as standards and facilities vary so widely not to mention issues such as décor style, service levels and location with particular relevance to gay amenities.
We don’t pretend that we have got this right but our Pink Triangles are our attempt to give a personal assessment to enable comparisons to be made between the various properties in an area which we feature. Couple this with price and our hotel descriptions and you should be able to make a reasonable assessment.
