These are our nicest self-catering accommodation in Playa and are located a few streets back from the paseo. It's a quieter area here but the apartments do attract a younger mixed gay and straight party crowd so may not be suitable if you are seeking a quiet relaxing holiday location.

The location is perfect being just five minutes walk from Playaflor and its gay chill-out bar and the Centro Comercail Salytien with its gay disco bars. The Siam Water Park is also five minutes walk away. The main Playa de las Americas bus station with buses to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz as well as smaller villages and beaches is within walking distance.

The apartments enjoy a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and a living room with balcony over looking the pool and sea from the higher floors. There is a separate kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave and toaster. There is a pleasant pool with sun terraces and loungers and mini-golf plus a pool bar which serves an excellent all-day breakfast plus a mini-market in case you forget any essentials. Do request a high floor room if you'd like a seaview although this cannot be guaranteed.

The resort collects a deposit on arrival. This is refunded on check-out if there have been no damage or breakages in your apartment and no complaints about noise from your apartment after 11pm. Parking and wireless internet are available for a small supplement.
