This apartment complex is located directly on the promenade of Playa de Bajondillo and all apartments have either a direct or side sea view. It is a ten minute walk into the centre of Torremolinos either by steps or lift ( fare €0.50 pp). The complex comprises two nine storey buildings with 660 apartments
There is a choice of studios for up to 2 people or one bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. All are air conditioned blowing cool air n summer and warm air in winter, have a balcony, simple kitchen with sink, two ring hotplate and refrigerator plus a bathroom with hairdryer. In fact everything you need for a low-cost holiday in the sun with the benefit of cleaning and change of towels 6 days of the week
Central facilities include a cafeteria with piano music, WiFi, a hairdressing salon and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a seafront terrace.. Cars can be parked either in the complex's private car park or garage (extra charge). There is also a self service laundrette (extra charge). In the spacious grounds there is a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Further leisure options include aerobics, table tennis and bocce. Furthermore, a daily entertainment programme featuring live music (in the evenings) and a weekly flamenco show ensure variation.
