A budget tourist hotel with excellent facilities
Popular with worldwide gay and lesbian visitors, the Unico is a busy 19 story tower hotel with 175 rooms located right on Silom Road, around 15 minutes walk from SilomSoi4 for the gay nightlife to the north and the same south to the river. A Sky Train station for access to all of Bangkok’s sights and shopping is within 10 minutes walk.
The hotel’s main attraction is its Sky Garden located on the roof with pool and sun terraces, bar and restaurant – all offering stunning views of Bangkok. On the ground floor is a small shopping arcade offering a tailor, pastry café and internet connections.
Our rooms have recently been remodeled - Executive Superior rooms have either two singles or a double bed and a small seating area. Executive Deluxe rooms are a similar size but the seating area is screened from the sleeping area. Junior Suites are nearly twice the size of Executive rooms and enjoy larger sitting and dining areas with a kitchen. There is a Dressing/Office rooms and a guest cloakroom as well as a bathroom.
