Now nearly 20 years old, Blue Lagoon was one of the first resorts on Chaweng Beach and enjoys an enviable position with its sandy beach protected by the offshore reef from the stronger waves and currents. Its gardens are lush with extensive tropical palms and trees and it enjoys the largest free-form pool and spa bath on the island. It’s around 30 minutes walk or a 200 baht taxi fare to the gay show bars and clubs with Starbucks a little closer. Enjoy your complementary breakfast or happy hour in the pagoda overlooking the beach and reef.
The rooms are either ground or first floor in several motel style blocks throughout the resort. All overlook the gardens or pool and have their own furnished private terrace. Rooms have one queen bed and a single bed.
