Gay owned and operated in Chelsea Village
Chelsea Pines Inn is a five-storey walk-up townhouse, which was originally built as a private home in the 1850’s. In the 1980's, this building was converted to a gay owned and operated gay boutique guesthouse.
Recently updated, the Inn is located right on the cusp of three of New York's most exciting areas - Chelsea, Greenwich Village and the historic Meatpacking District. All the main attractions are easily accessible and the staff are happy to assist. Unique stores, galleries, restaurants, and gay clubs are within easy walking distance
Our deluxe double rooms offer a queen sized bed, private bathroom and seperate seating area. The Inn is decorated with original film posters from the Golden Age of Hollywood and free wireless Internet access and free coffee, tea and cookies are available throughout the day. The charming Breakfast Room includes a conservatory with seasonal access to the outdoor patio area.
Chelsea Pines is a small property with only a limited number of rooms. Please do not book flights etc until we have confirmed availability.

Rating and advising on hotels around the world is a tricky business as standards and facilities vary so widely not to mention issues such as décor style, service levels and location with particular relevance to gay amenities.
We don’t pretend that we have got this right but our Pink Triangles are our attempt to give a personal assessment to enable comparisons to be made between the various properties in an area which we feature. Couple this with price and our hotel descriptions and you should be able to make a reasonable assessment.
