The resort's architecture follows the art deco style, with bold geometric forms complemented by unique details, such as classically trimmed lamp stanchions. The pastel colours and tropical landscaping make it distinctly South Florida.

Westgate South Beach is one mile from both Miami Beach Golf Course and Bass Museum of Art, and less than six miles from both Bayside Marketplace and Bal Harbour Shops.

Renovated in 2006, guests are welcomed in the inviting foyer, which has a 24-hour reception desk and lifts.

The one-bedroom Condo accommodates three people comfortably, while the two-bedroom suite accommodates five people. Both floor plans feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and all dining utensils. In addition, there is a full-size bath, central heating and air conditioning, and a data port.

Guests can also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, direct beach access, a children's playground, volleyball court and barbecue area.

A laundry service and the laundry room (charges apply) are also on offer. There is a parking area for those arriving by car (for an additional fee).
