Charity Issues
Amro Worldwide is often asked to support charities and other worthy causes that work within the gay and lesbian community. So we have decided to set-up a fund from which we will be able to make grants to these organisations to support their work.
The intention is that the fund will be used to offer bursaries to enable charity workers to attend conventions and meetings outside the UK which they might not otherwise be able to afford. The fund will not make grants to organisations directly nor will it be available for prize draw or raffle prizes.
Amro Worldwide will credit the fund with £1 for every booking made will be ring fenced to provide much needed support for these worthy causes.
We do tend to favour the smaller charities who have limited funds or fund raising abilities, so if you are charity organisation that works within the Gay and Lesbian community and are wishing to travel overseas, then we will be pleased to consider a request.
